3. Membership
VibeTraveler offers various membership tiers (Free, Plus, Pro, and Black Card). Each tier provides different benefits and is subject to applicable fees. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Hotel bookings made through VibeTraveler are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective hotels. We recommend reviewing cancellation terms before completing your booking. Refunds are processed according to each hotel's policy.
5. Points Program
Points earned through bookings are subject to our points program terms. Points may expire based on membership tier and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify the points program with reasonable notice.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse our platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
VibeTraveler acts as an intermediary between you and hotels. We are not liable for actions or omissions of hotels, travel disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
