The resort boasts a beautiful beachfront location and multiple pools, with some staff members being friendly. However, check-in experiences were poor, some room towels had stains, self-parking is expensive and the access cards frequently malfunctioned, and room key wristbands also presented issues. Regarding dining, some reviews found the food mediocre and overpriced.
