W Santiago stands out for its convenient setting, nearby dining and nightlife, helpful service, and rooftop views. Reviews also suggest a more ordinary, somewhat dated physical product than some guests expect from a W, with limited room views and no spa. Overall, it suits travelers who value location and social atmosphere over expansive rooms or extensive wellness facilities.
