Royal Hotel Sanremo is a practical, centrally located base with friendly service, clean and recently refreshed rooms, and a breakfast that guests regularly enjoy. Its proximity to Termini and public transport suits short city breaks and onward travel, though renovation work, sound insulation, and some bathroom and housekeeping problems create uneven experiences.
