Kowloon Shangri-La is a well-maintained established hotel whose strongest assets are its Tsim Sha Tsui location, spacious rooms and consistently warm service. Victoria Harbour views can be excellent, while the property’s age shows in some interiors and a few isolated room-condition complaints warrant attention.
