About
The JW Marriott Turnberry offers spacious, luxurious rooms and a quiet adult pool, but suffers from poor soundproofing and early morning noise. The water park, while popular with children, faces issues with long queues, malfunctioning facilities, and poorly managed events. While some staff provide excellent service, others have been criticized for unprofessional conduct. The hotel has faced criticism for water park closures due to private events and noise disturbances.
