Guests repeatedly praise warm, efficient service, clean and generally well-maintained rooms, and a calm contemporary style. The main caveat is inconsistency: while many find the property well kept, some report dated room controls, smaller or worn rooms, and isolated but serious housekeeping or odour issues. It is less convenient for sightseeing deep inside central Beijing.
